What's Not Included
- → Domain registration fees (popular .co.za domains from R100/year).
- → Email accounts (R20/user/m).
- → Advanced features like full e-commerce, membership portals, or custom web apps.
- → Detailed SEO services beyond the optional SEO pack.
Client Responsibilities
- → Provide accurate text content and logo.
- → Review and approve previews and revision rounds in a reasonable timeframe.
- → Keep payment details up to date.
Billing & Payment
- → First monthly hosting invoice may be pro-rata depending on the go-live date.
- → Ongoing hosting is billed monthly on a fixed date or annually if you choose annual prepay.
- → Booking deposits and build work are non-refundable once a preview has been delivered.
- → Non-payment may result in suspension or removal of the website after notice.
Grandfathered Pricing
- → Promo hosting rates remain active while your account is in good standing.
- → If you cancel and later return, current standard pricing (including build fees) will apply.
Changes and Cancellations
- → Post-launch tweaks are handled via the optional R99/m Management add-on (up to a small monthly time limit).
- → Hostingpanda may update these T&Cs; any material changes will be communicated.
Legal Notice
Valid until Jan 15, 2026 at 12:00. Subject to schedule availability. Intake may close early once the workshop calendar is full. Domain not included in hosting fee; popular .co.za domains from R100/year. Client supplies text/logo; we supply stock images from Pexels. Static HTML + Tailwind only. Revisions per plan; extra revision rounds are paid. Post-launch tweaks via R99/m Management. Content acceptance upon go-live.
